Below are the details for the workshop :
Introduction to Copperplate Calligraphy
Barbara Calzolari will be teaching Copperplate Calligraphy online! We will begin with the very basics, with an introduction to the script followed by the basic strokes, lowercase letters, uppercase letters and understand how to form words and sentences. You will have one on one interaction with Barbara, ask questions and clarify doubts. There will be a round of homework and detailed feedback for each student.
The workshop is priced at Rs. 16,000 + taxes for 10 hours of learning time, inclusive of PDF workbook and worksheets. The classes will be divided over 4 days of 2.5 hours each -

Each student will receive handouts and notes prior to the online class.
You will also be given the meeting ID and password to join in the Zoom Call. ( you will need to create a Zoom account if you don't have one)
HOMEWORK & FEEDBACK - There will be 1 round of homework and detailed feedback given to each student

Barbara Calzolari is an accomplished and talented Master Penwoman, living in Bologna, Italy. She has been working full-time as a professional, freelance calligrapher for over 15 years. She combines a passionate, technical and artistic approach to every style she learns--and generously shares both the practical and philosophical aspects of her knowledge with her students. She has been recognized by IAMPETH as a Master Penwoman and is fully accomplished in a wide array of pointed pen, broad pen and brush pen mediums.
