Brush Calligraphy for Kids (1)

This is an introduction to a fun & playful style of calligraphy, with the use of a brush pen - something kids would love! 

Spread over 2 weekends, we bring to you an interactive & creative workshop for children aged 8 & above. 

We’re excited to dive into all the possibilities brush calligraphy can open up for them - from greeting cards to school projects & so much more! They are sure to have a blast.

Below are the details for the workshop :

Introduction to Brush Calligraphy

Sanjana will be teaching Brush Calligraphy online! We will begin with the very basics, with an introduction to the style followed by the basic strokes, lowercase letters, uppercase letters and understand how to form words and sentences. The kids will have one on one interaction with Sanjana, ask questions and clarify doubts. There will be homework provided and detailed feedback for each student. Once we complete the letterforms, each student will be given a small project of working on the greeting cards provided in the kit.

4:00 - 5:30pm IST 

Each participant will receive the following materials once registered for the workshop:-

1. Complete Brush Calligraphy Workbook with additional pratice sheets

2. Two Pentel brush pen 

3. Five blank greeting cards for project

HANDOUTS & INFORMATION - we will send across a PDF of the guide sheet a week before class that you can print extra incase your kids would like some more.

The workshop will be conducted via Zoom, login details will be sent via email.

Students will have access to the recordings of all classes for 2 months post each class

HOMEWORK & FEEDBACK - Homework will be provided along with this, we will send the google drive link where you have to upload the homework once your kids do it after which the corrected work with feedback will be put back on the link.

Refunds and cancellation: There will be no refund for the workshop once registration is done, unless there is a change from the organizers end.
