Chandan Mahimkar is sharing his process, techniques and knowledge gained from several years of working on top brands in the design and advertising industry in India. He is India’s top graphic designer, creative director, typographer and lettering artist. Chandan is a 2-time Goodtype and Typism book artist. 

He runs his own design & lettering studio handling work for both large & small businesses, ad agencies and magazines. A former CCO + Design Head of L&K Saatchi & Saatchi - India, he is now a faculty at Ecole Intuit Lab, Mumbai. Chandan shares his design & lettering knowledge through workshops in India & internationally.

With over 20 years of experience in design, digital and advertising Chandan Mahimkar has used custom lettering to create top corporate identities, restaurant logos, posters and marketing campaigns for some of the best Indian brands.

Portfolio Review  Only for first 5 spots booked - An extra 15 min per participant for feedback on their current portfolio. Chandan Mahimkar will give tips and direction on taking your work to the next level.

Materials

- HB, 2B Pencils & an Eraser

- Black Micro tip pens and sketch pens

- 6-10 A4 sheets of paper

- 3-4 A4 Tracing sheets 

- Ruler
