The Bombay Calligraphers Meet up!

Not a workshop. Not just a meetup. Something in between.

Over the years, so much of the calligraphy world has moved online. We follow each other’s work, admire each other from afar, and quietly grow alongside one another—but rarely do we actually meet. And somewhere along the way, many of us have started seeing each other as competition, when in reality, we are part of the same growing community shaping this craft and industry together.

This gathering is an attempt to change that.

Hosted by The Bombay Lettering Company in collaboration with Bombay Sweet Shop, this is a small, intentional morning for the calligraphy community in Bombay to come together in person.

We will begin with a round of introductions, an honest conversation around craft, creativity, business, growth, and navigating the realities of building a creative career today - followed by an open, informal brunch and networking session designed to…
